EXPECTING
Baby Mama star Amy Poehler, 36, is pregnant with her first child. The Saturday Night Live cast member and her husband, fellow comedian, actor and Blades of Glory costar Will Arnett, 38, will welcome the baby in late fall. • My Name Is Earl star Jason Lee, 38, and his girlfriend, model Ceren Alkac, will have their first child together this fall. Lee has son Pilot Inspektor, 4, with his ex-fiancée, actress Beth Riesgraf, 29. • Eric Mabius, 37, who plays magazine editor Daniel Meade on Ugly Betty, and his wife, interior designer Ivy Sherman, 36, are awaiting their second child.

TROUBLE
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star Gary Dourdan, 41, was arrested in Palm Springs, Calif., April 28 on suspicion of heroin, cocaine and Ecstasy possession. Police said he appeared "possibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs" while sleeping in his parked car. He was taken to jail and released a few hours later after posting $5,000 bail. A rep for the actor was not available for comment. • Actor Wesley Snipes, 45, was sentenced in Ocala, Fla., April 24 to the maximum penalty of three years in prison for failing to file tax returns from 1999 to 2001. Prosecutors claim he still faces a multi-million-dollar tax bill, in spite of having paid $5 million so far. • Police in Nashville have arrested country songwriter Richard Fagan, 61, and charged him with criminal homicide in the April 26 stabbing death of his roommate, music publisher Gaetano Thomas Oteri, 69, the father of former Saturday Night Live cast member Cheri Oteri, 45.

BIRTH
Joshua Morrow, 34, of The Young and the Restless, and his wife, Tobe, 32, had their third child, son Cash, in Thousand Oaks, Calif., April 21.

ENGAGED
Carmen Electra, 36, will walk down the aisle with former Korn touring guitarist Rob Patterson, 37, who popped the question in Las Vegas and gave his future bride a unique ring, "a black diamond, perfect for us," says the actress. "Different—it's our style."

UPDATE
According to a Texas Department of Family and Protective Services spokesman, it was discovered that of the 53 girls aged 14 to 17 taken from a polygamist sect's Eldorado, Texas, ranch last month, 31 have had children, are now pregnant or both. One teen was in labor April 29.

INJURED
Doctors gave Kenny Chesney, 40, the go-ahead to resume his Poets and Pirates tour after hurting his foot during a concert in Columbia, S.C., April 26. The country singer, whose right foot was pinned between the stage and a rising platform, did not break any bones, but he admitted, "it was scary for a moment."
