Still, after giving birth to twins Jax and Jaid last October, the 5'8" actress, 41, "really wanted my body to heal." So instead of returning to the gym, she signed up for the low-carb diet delivery service Sunfare, which had her on 1,200 calories a day. Five months after delivery, she had shed 30 lbs. to hit 142, and has now reached her goal of 135 lbs. with pilates and running on a treadmill for 40 minutes, three days a week. "I don't have a six-pack," she admits, "but if I did, it'd mean I wasn't spending enough time with my kids. So I'm fine with it."
