To celebrate the launch of her new fragrance, Kathy Hilton held a contest on her Web site for a mother-daughter pair to spend the day with her and daughters Paris and Nicky in L.A. The winners? Kelly and Katie Mills of Cleveland, who were treated to a private brunch at the Hotel Bel-Air, makeovers at Salon Cristophe and a shopping spree May 10. Says mom Kelly: "You see them in the media, [but] for them to sit down and be so real, it's like 'Wow, they're just like Katie and me!'"
