As his truck pulled up to the Mants'ase Children's Home in Lesotho, Prince Harry had one question: "Where is he?" Spotting 6-year-old Mutsu Potsane, Harry wrapped him in a bear hug and swung him into the air. "How are you?" Harry asked. "Do you remember me?"

Certainly Harry, 21, didn't forget. On his 2004 trip to the AIDS orphanage, the prince befriended the shy Mutsu—and was shocked to learn that at least 120,000 other children in Lesotho had lost parents to AIDS. On this April 28 trip, Harry joined with Lesotho's Prince Seeiso to announce his new charity, Sentebale, which means "Forget Me Not." Asked if his mother, Diana—who famously hugged AIDS patients—would have been proud, Harry smiled and said, "I hope so."
