Fashion designer Kimora Lee Simmons, 33, received sole custody of her two daughters with her ex-husband, music mogul Russell Simmons, 50, in their divorce settlement in L.A. June 24. Russell will have regular visitation with Ming, 8, and Aoki, 5, and must pay $20,000 per month in child support for each. The former couple wed in 1998 and separated in 2006. • Jennifer Lopez, 38, was subpoenaed to testify in a lawsuit over a 1999 Manhattan nightclub shooting involving her ex-boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs. In another matter Lopez was sued for $5 million in New York City June 26 by flight attendant Lisa Wilson, who claims that the singer-actress' guard dog attacked her on a plane in July 2006. A Lopez rep had no comment. • Leonardo DiCaprio (inset), 33, reached an undisclosed settlement June 26 in a suit filed in May 2007 by his neighbors Ronald, 66, and Joan Linclau, 76, over a basketball court the actor had built at his Hollywood Hills home. The couple sought at least $250,000, claiming the construction weakened the foundation of their swimming pool. • Redmond O'Neal, 23, son of actors Ryan O'Neal, 67, and Farrah Fawcett, 61, was sentenced in Malibu June 26 to three years' probation and a $1,688 fine after pleading guilty to drug possession and DUI. • British computer engineer Neil Entwistle, 29, received two life sentences without parole June 25 for the 2006 murders of wife Rachel, 27, and their 9-month-old daughter Lillian Rose in their Hopkinton, Mass., home (PEOPLE, Feb. 27, 2006). • Verne Troyer, 39, who played Mini-Me in two Austin Powers movies, won a temporary restraining order in L.A. June 27 ordering TMZ.com to remove a 25-second snippet of a sex tape he made with a former girlfriend.

DEATHS
Singer Ira Tucker, 83, of the influential gospel group the Dixie Hummingbirds, who backed Paul Simon on "Loves Me Like a Rock," died of heart failure in Philadelphia June 24.

I DO!
Saturday Night Live alum Chris Kattan, 37, tied the knot with his girlfriend of three years, model Sunshine Tutt, 31, in California's Yosemite Valley June 28. The comic, who met his future bride at a birthday party, proposed on Christmas Eve 2006 at her grandparents' home in Texas by surprising her with an engagement ring deceptively packaged in a cheap box.
