With her classic dresses, bold costume jewelry and flippy hairstyle, Michelle Obama seems to be taking a page out of Jackie Kennedy's fashion playbook. But there's nothing retro about the potential First Lady's trendsetting ways: The $148 Donna Ricco dress she wore on The View June 18 has already sold out (more dresses will be available in August), and expect a similar effect on the Carolee faux-pearl necklaces and earrings she frequently sports. "She has a real polish to her," designer Cynthia Rowley said at a June 17 fund-raiser hosted by Calvin Klein, Anna Wintour and others in New York City. "Her style is the perfect mix of ladylike and stylish."
