Ali Vincent admits it: Right after being crowned Biggest Loser champ in April, "I wanted to celebrate, and I was drinking like a fat girl—like I used to when I was 200-plus lbs." How did she keep from a full-on relapse? By remembering "to live consciously," she says. "Some things I have to stay away from. I know that once I start I won't want to stop." That means skipping her beloved Mexican cheese dishes in favor of grilled chicken and keeping her caloric intake to no more than 2,000 a day.

She also does at least 90 minutes of cardio and weights workouts six days a week—so even though the 5'5" Vincent, 33, hasn't lost any more weight, the size-27 skirt she wore just after the Loser finale is now "falling off me." That isn't the only change. "I get attention [from men] now," she says. "I'm like, 'What's up with that?' And my brother says, 'It's because you're hot!'"
