Jodie Sweetin Speaks Out: "I AM ABSOLUTELY, 100% SOBER"

Two months after filing for legal separation from her husband—who has subsequently accused her of relapsing into substance abuse—Jodie Sweetin exclusively tells Scoop: "I want to make it known that I am absolutely, 100 percent sober." The former Full House star and recovering meth addict, 27, and husband Cody Herpin, 31, currently share 50-50 custody of their 9-month-old daughter Zoie. (Following Herpin's accusations, a judge ruled on Dec. 17 that Sweetin's custodial time would take place at her parents' home, where she currently lives, or in the presence of one of her parents.) The actress, who is in a 12-step program and is writing a memoir, did admit one relapse—several glasses of wine over dinner last summer—but says, "I picked myself right back up. Alcohol for me is just as slippery as anything else, but it was a trip, not a fall." Herpin, who filed for sole custody, tells Scoop however that Sweetin "has continuously broken her sobriety since Zoie was born, even after she's sworn she's done with it. I am so concerned about our daughter."

Wow, love sure is in the air. Whether they hosted 350 guests in a faux enchanted forest in Malibu or flew off for an intimate ceremony in India, these high-wattage, globe-trotting glam couples rang in the New Year with their own unique versions of happily ever after.

In an all-white fantasy affair, Fergie, 33, and Josh Duhamel, 36, wed in front of about 350 friends, including Rebecca Romijn, Jerry O'Connell and Mario Lopez. Guests dined on sea bass before hitting the dance floor in a tent decorated as an enchanted forest. Says Stacy Keibler: "It was a storybook wedding."

They may play brother and sister on Dexter, but in real life Michael C. Hall, 37, and Jennifer Carpenter, 29, are now husband and wife. The two tied the knot on New Year's Eve in Big Sur, Calif. Were their costars surprised? "They're madly in love—I'm not surprised," says Julie Benz. As for gifts? Jokes Benz: "I'll get them steak knives!"

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton has rebounded from her November split with Benji Madden. She was spotted getting cozy with San Francisco Giants pitcher Barry Zito, 30, at L.A.'s Crown Bar on Jan. 7; two days later the duo was seen nuzzling at the club MyHouse—while Madden seemed sad on the backyard patio with Paris' sister Nicky. Awkward!

Each week The Bachelor's Jason Mesnick, 32, will blog on about the latest episode. Here's an excerpt from his first posting: "This week featured 15 women, one catfight and four kisses. I went on a date with Melissa in the Goodyear Blimp. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life, although I can't say the same for the poor camera operator cramped beside us! Our second cocktail party was crazy: A fight broke out between Erica and Megan [inset]. One incredible week down and, happily, several more to go...."

Celebs gathered at the Art of Elysium's gala in L.A. Jan. 10—the charity provides seriously ill kids with celeb-taught art, music and acting classes. Kirsten Dunst was there with her new beau, rocker Jason Boesel; Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer had date night at the bash. Elijah Wood deejayed!

He told Alba in a speech, "I don't know how you pulled this off!"

5 Questions for ...
The stunning star dishes about dating in L.A., what she's looking for in a man and how she keeps a fab figure

1 Samantha Who? is in season 2 and returns Jan. 19. Were you psyched to come back?
It's amazing coming back. [The cast] is a second family. Not to sound ridiculous, but it's true! You go through birth with people—Melissa [McCarthy] had a baby—sickness like with Christina [Applegate] and life, because you're with people for so long.

2 Following her battle last year with breast cancer, how is Christina doing?
She's the same person she was before and gives 100 percent. I don't think the girl slows down for five minutes. She just keeps going, which is such a great lesson for everyone: You have to keep going.

3 You love to cook, so how do you stay in such great shape?
I really love food. And because I do, I have a healthy relationship with it—a lot of women don't. I cook like a lunatic. It's been a passion of mine for years; I want to open a restaurant someday. And I exercise when I can, but I'm not crazy about it.

4 You were born in New York City and have always lived there, so how are you adjusting to living in L.A. now?
I rent a place here and then I have my home in Manhattan, and it will never change. I really enjoy a city atmosphere.

5 Since your divorce [from actor Bradley Cooper], how has single life been?
I am content and happy and would much rather be alone than alone in a relationship. I want a partner who is supportive.
