Fashion writer and former model Kelly Killoren Bensimon, 40, the newest addition to The Real Housewives of New York City, was arrested March 5 and charged with assaulting her boyfriend Nick Stefanov 30. Two days earlier, according to the police report, Bensimon allegedly struck Stefanov "with a closed fist? ... causing [him] to suffer a laceration below [his] left eye." TAKING A BREAK
Comic Robin Williams, 57, was forced to postpone the remainder of his Weapons of Self-Destruction stand-up shows after learning he needs heart surgery, his rep announced March 5. The Academy Award-winning actor was admitted to a Miami hospital due to shortness of breath earlier in the week during a stop on the sold-out 80-city tour. Following an examination, doctors told Williams that he needed an aortic valve replacement. "This tour has been amazing fun, and I can't wait to get back out on the road after a little tune-up," said the veteran comedian, who expects to resume Weapons this fall.
