Courtney Love has spent more than a decade tweaking her appearance, from a breast augmentation (which she later had reversed) to the lip injections she had several years later (she blogged that she was "hating that I did that") to her 40-lb. weight gain in 2005 (followed by a 52-lb. loss the next year). Yet her latest incarnation has fans—and even Love's doctor—sounding the alarm. "[My doctor] gave me a massive shot of vitamins and told me to start eating," the 5'10" singer recently told Grazia magazine, adding that she had gotten down to 118 lbs. Love, 45, blamed "stress" for her thinness but admitted, "I know I got too skinny. I know I need to sort it out."
