Killer fashion, 5-in. heels and plenty of juicy secrets: all telltale signs that Sex and the City is back shooting on the streets of Manhattan. The much-anticipated sequel to the 2008 blockbuster began filming on Sept. 1, to the delight of fans who waited to spot stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis strutting their stuff. And with the surrogate birth of twins Marion and Tabitha in June, Parker, 44, has added to the sisterhood. "It's great that there are going to be these beautiful babies on the set," said Nixon.

As for the plot—do Carrie (Parker) and Big (Chris Noth) have a baby?—so far it's under wraps. Still, "we'll see Mr. Big and Carrie deal with marriage," says a source. "There will be ups and downs for all of them." And leave it to Parker, already a mom to son James Wilkie, 6, with husband Matthew Broderick, to pull it all off. "She is one of those totally organized women," says a source, "who can juggle a million things at once."
