Alyssa Milano & David Bugliari
Tewksbury, N.J. "Married life is awesome!" Alyssa Milano told reporters two months after marrying CAA agent David Bugliari, 31, in an outdoor ceremony at his parents' New Jersey estate. The bride, 37, glided down the aisle in a custom-made Vera Wang gown to John Lennon's "Imagine"—fitting, considering the couple's love of The Beatles: Rock Band. In fact, all the day's details were deeply personal—from a reading by Bugliari's friend Bradley Cooper to the family-style meal of orzo salad with beets (Milano is a vegetarian). "We wanted a wedding that was reflective of who we are as a couple," Milano says. But despite all the lovely details, she adds, "I was most excited about saying my vows."
SALMA HAYEK & FRANÇOIS-HENRI PINAULT
Venice 150 guests including BFF Penélope Cruz witnessed the Balenciaga-clad actress, 43, marry the mogul, 47, at an 18th-century opera house. Hayek sang onstage with Bono at the reception. "She looked like a princess," said one guest.
Ivanka Trump & Jared Kushner
Bedminster, N.J. They registered for $9 Williams-Sonoma spatulas. But that was the only modest thing about the 500-person wedding of these two real estate scions (both 28). The location was Trump National Golf Club, the gown custom-made by Vera Wang and the guests ranged from Natalie Portman to Regis Philbin. Says guest Emmy Rossum: "When she walked down the aisle ... the whole place just lost their breath. It was s-o-o-o beautiful."
MILLA JOVOVICH & PAUL W.S. ANDERSON
Beverly Hills, Calif. Jovovich's wedding to her Resident Evil director Anderson, 44, was truly a family affair. The location was the couple's own backyard, decked out in "California Spanish" decor. "I can't live if I don't have 10,000 things to do," the actress, 34, joked of overseeing all the details. Their 100 guests, including Patrick Dempsey, dug the homegrown vibe—but none more than the flower girl: the couple's daughter Ever, 2. "If my child is happy, I'm happy," Jovovich says. "Anything else that happens is a cherry on top of my blessed life."
Marla Sokoloff & Alec Puro
Beverly Hills Most couples are hands-on when it comes to their wedding music. But when Marla Sokoloff, 29, wed composer Alec Puro, 34, at Il Cielo restaurant, they took it to the next level. The actress, best known as the sassy receptionist on TV's The Practice, walked down the aisle in a strapless Amsale gown to "Marla's Wedding Theme"—written for her by Puro. After sharing a three-course Italian meal with 113 guests including Sarah Chalke and groomsman Jake Paltrow, the duo danced to Fleetwood Mac's "Silver Springs"—recorded by Sokoloff (she is a singer-songwriter on the side). "They're very supportive of each other's creative endeavors," says wedding planner Robyn Goldberg. "And at the end of the night, the waiters serenaded them!"
JUSTIN GUARINI & REINA CAPODICI
Doylestown, Pa. Guarini's hometown helped him rack up the millions of votes it took to become American Idol's Season 1 runner-up. And Doylestown also gave him his bride, 27, whom he met in junior high. The couple wrote their own vows, and Guarini, 31, saved a special dance for Lola, Capodici's 4-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. "It was an uphill battle not to cry," says the singer. "We just wanted to be married so badly."
