Charlie & Brooke Enter Rehab, So ...
WHO'S WATCHING THE TWINS?
Fighting his and hers addictions, Charlie Sheen, 44, and Brooke Mueller, 32-parents of twins Max and Bob, who turn 1 on March 15-have enrolled in separate rehab programs for their substance abuse issues. On Feb. 8 Mueller entered the Canyon in Malibu, where she stayed 13 days before moving to another, more private L.A. facility. Then on Feb. 23 Sheen-who has a history of substance abuse-entered rehab as a "preventative measure," his rep said. Within days of Sheen's admission, Mueller took her rehab team home (she's also enrolled in an outpatient program). "Brooke's happy to be with her kids again," says a source, adding that the twins "are laughing" and "have no clue anything is out of place." A Sheen source says the babies are "surrounded by love" at home, where Sheen's parents, Martin and Janet, have been staying. (Mueller's parents, Jon and Moira Fiore, are also helping.) Meanwhile, despite rumors, Mueller isn't filing for a divorce from Sheen-who's still facing domestic violence charges from their fight on Christmas and whose show Two and a Half Men is on hiatus while he completes rehab. Says her lawyer: "They're committed to making the marriage work."
FLIRTS OF THE WEEK!
JEREMY RENNER, 39
OBJECT OF DESIRE: Jessica Simpson, 29
THE VENUE: A Feb. 26 party at the L.A. home of Madonna's manager Guy Oseary.
WHAT HAPPENED: "Jeremy spent the night hitting on her like crazy," says a spy. "Jess loved it. They were flirting up a storm!"
JOHN MAYER, 32
OBJECT OF DESIRE: Ke$ha, 23
THE VENUE: Twitter, Feb. 27
WHAT HAPPENED: Mayer tweeted, "Dear Ke$ha, you have won me over with your tricks and charms." The singer's response? "Don't be a little b*tch wit ur chit chat." Ouch!
IS AVRIL BACK WITH HER EX?
Avril Lavigne, who filed for divorce in October from Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley, sparked reconciliation buzz after the singer, 25, and her ex, 29, were spotted leaving a Feb. 25 party in London for the film Alice in Wonderland. What gives? "They were there as friends," says a Whibley pal. "They're not back together. He mixed her song 'Alice' on the movie soundtrack."
Is the Tension Between Ellen and Simon Fake?
American Idol judges Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres no longer sit next to each other at the table, and each makes unusual facial expressions when the other speaks. But Cowell, who recently got engaged to makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, claims, "There was no falling out." So is the rift for real or for ratings?
JAMIE LYNN SPEARS & CASEY ALDRIDGE
She's moved on to a new man, but Jamie Lynn Spears, 18, needs to figure out a custody arrangement for 20 month old Maddie with ex Casey Aldridge, 20. Though one source tells Scoop it could be a "battle," another counters, "They are trying to settle it amicably, without going to court. They want to avoid publicity."
BRISTOL PALIN & LEVI JOHNSTON
On Feb. 25 an Alaska judge approved about $1,600 per month in child support to Bristol Palin, 19, for her 14 month old son with ex-fiancé Levi Johnston, also 19. Though his earnings are still being determined, "Levi put this money aside a long time ago," said his lawyer.
Reality-TV Star Lisa Gastineau
BEATING SKIN CANCER
Last week Lisa Gastineau, 50, underwent reconstructive nasal surgery. Dr. Frank Ryan (famous for Heidi Montag's makeover) performed the latest-and, she hopes, final-step in her recovery from skin cancer, a condition she's been battling since a "devastating" melanoma diagnosis in 2006. After having part of her nostril removed in October, "I was feeling really ugly," says Lisa, who now gets quarterly checkups. "I'm grateful to have this behind me."
MILEY CYRUS & BRET MICHAELS
The Disney star, 17, and the Poison frontman, who just turned 47, hung out last year when he helped produce her cover of his '80s hit "Every Rose Has Its Thorn." She harmonized on his new track "Nothing to Lose."
ROCKIN' SURPRISE PALS!
SCARLETT JOHANSSON & AXL ROSE
The actress, 25, and the rocker, 48, "have been hanging out" in N.Y.C. and played Ping Pong at Spin. "They're friends," says a Johansson source.

With McGraw and Paltrow filming the drama Love Don't Let Me Down in Nashville this winter, their families have become close.

Can the second man to walk on the moon be the first astronaut to win the Dancing trophy? "Walking on the moon was a piece of cake," he says. "This is a challenge!" But the 80 year old says he's up for it. "I didn't take up skiing until I was 50."
