Demi Lovato Comes Clean About Joe Jonas
YES, WE'RE DATING!
As if girls needed another reason to be jealous of teen queen Demi Lovato: On March 12 the singer-actress confirmed that she is dating Joe Jonas. "He is my best friend, and he's incredible," Lovato, 17, told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush on his radio show. "He is a complete gentleman." Though Lovato tweeted last year, "We don't have feelings for each other in that way," a source says the Camp Rock costars were "affectionate" during the February filming of their music video "Make a Wave." And they seemed smitten during their first weekend as a public couple. After Jonas, 20, escorted Lovato to church in Los Angeles on March 14, the two lazed about in a park. "They seemed to enjoy having quiet time," says an onlooker. "They looked very sweet and happy."

WHERE SHOULD JERSEY SHORE FILM?
Jersey Shore's cast of self-proclaimed "guidos" and "guidettes" are on the hunt for a locale for the MTV reality show's second season. They're hoping to trade coastal New Jersey for the palm-tree-lined streets of Miami's South Beach, but many local hot spots-including the Shore Club and Mynt Lounge-have declined filming requests. The show's Pauly D (a.k.a. Paul Delvecchio) isn't worried about the backlash. "Everybody's entitled to their own opinion," he told Scoop at Las Vegas' ghostbar. "We're just out there having a good time. Don't hate on us!"
Let's see them mix with politicos!
They've already gone Hollywood!

Jake & Kirsten
HANGING OUT AGAIN
Kirsten Dunst, 27, told Allure's December issue, "It would be nice to see [ex-boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal, 29], but we're not good friends." Things may have changed: The pair are filming in Montreal-he Source Code, she Upside Down-and were spotted at trendy eatery APDC Cabane a Sucre on March 13. Is romance in the air? "Kirsten and he, along with six other people, had dinner together," says a source. "Nothing more."
'WINNIE'S' GOING TO BE A MOM!
Actress Danica McKellar, 35-a.k.a. Winnie Cooper from The Wonder Years-is three months pregnant with her first baby with husband Mike Verta. "I'm so excited-I feel like I have a glow," says the actress and author of the upcoming Hot X: Algebra Exposed. Cravings? "I can't get enough apple pie!"
FIRST POSTFIGHT PHOTO OF TIGER & ELIN!
TIGER: BACK ON COURSE
Things could be looking up for Tiger Woods. On March 16 the embattled athlete announced his return to pro golf at next month's Masters Tournament in Augusta, Ga., and just the day before, he was seen chatting with wife Elin outside their Windermere, Fla., home. Woods, 34, and Elin, 30, were photographed together on March 15 for the first time since their Thanksgiving fight, bolstering buzz that their five-year marriage may survive. "I have undergone almost two months of inpatient therapy, and I am continuing my treatment," Tiger said in a statement about his plans to compete in April. "Although I'm returning to competition, I still have a lot of work to do in my personal life."
DOWN & OUT IN MALIBU?
Several recent sightings of Nick Nolte, 69, have him in just about the last place one would expect: Dumpster-diving in Malibu. Nolte's friends and family, however, insist nothing is awry with the famously quirky actor, who was busted in 2002 by California Highway Patrol for driving under the influence. "Yeah, he's eccentric," explains his filmmaker pal Tom Thurman. But "he knows exactly what's going on." His recent Dumpster forays, sources say, come as the result of belongings disappearing. "He can be manic like that," says a friend. "He's the same way when preparing for a role."
THE Scoop Q&A
'IT'S IMPORTANT TO INSPIRE YOUR CHILDREN'
The Avon Global Ambassador was in Washington, D.C., on March 10 to raise awareness about violence against women.
How important is it to discuss this issue?
There's a lot of shame associated with it. Talking about it takes some of the stigma off it. Once we talk about these issues, the change can start.
What needs to happen?
We need to not only help people but also start to see legislation and eradicate this violent behavior.
Have you talked about the topic with your kids [Ava, 10, and Deacon, 6]?
They understand; I explain it on their level. It's important to inspire your children to be moved by something. It's important that we educate children about this issue that affects one in three women.
IT'S A BIG WORLD OUT THERE, DEMI!
In April's Harper's Bazaar, Demi Moore, 47, says she fell fast for husband Ashton Kutcher, 32. "But when you don't know someone, you can't just jump and say, 'I love you.' 'Nice to meet you, I love you!'" she says. "We used to end our calls or e-mails with 'And everything we don't say.'"
Didn't matter where they were, these young stars sure knew how to party! Californication's Eva Amurri toasted her 25th with Akvinta cocktails at 1Oak in N.Y.C. March 12 alongside mom Susan Sarandon. The next night in New York Ugly Betty's Mark Indelicato celebrated his 16th (four months early!) and had a cast party with America Ferrera at the Red Bull Space. The City's Whitney Port was back in L.A. for her 25th at Cecconi's March 12, and in Sin City Robert Kardashian let loose.
