Most Improved Bride!
After Gaining Weight at the Start, Stephanie Cerreta is Back on Track. Plus: Our Other Five Fiancees Weigh in
HER WEIGHT-LOSS PLAN
The 5-ft. admin assistant, 27, had a "difficult start" after packing on 7 lbs. from the get-go. She lost 29 lbs. by meeting with trainer Heather Fordham of Prescription Fitness three days a week for 90-minute sessions that include strength training and two-mile runs.
Dietitian Catherine Kruppa has the vegetarian eating green salads with tomato and tuna. And at her cake tasting, "I took small bites!"

33 LBS. TO GO!
Though "stressed" from taking care of her son, who has a rare platelet disorder, the vegan, 42, still lost 12 lbs. by tracking her 1,600-calorie diet in a food diary.
25 LBS. TO GO!
After upping her cardio from two to five days a week, the customer coordinator, 35, lost 15 lbs. and now fits into a size 12, "an awesome feeling!"
10 LBS. TO GO!
Down 40 lbs., the interior designer, 27, says the weight comes off "slower." So she cut her daily calories from 1,600 to 1,200 by limiting her snacks.
25 LBS. TO GO!
The nonprofit-events organizer, 32, has a new fave food: yogurt with berries and flaxseed granola. Now 25 lbs. lighter, "a form-fitting dress is all I look for!"
CENDRINE ROBINSON: 28 LBS. TO GO!
'I WAS FRUSTRATED'
After our last update in April, Robinson-who had lost 9 lbs. in the first three months-hit a weight-loss wall. She committed to going to the gym with trainer Shane Beatty at BodySmith DC three times a week and stuck to an 1,800-calorie diet, per nutritionist Colleen Gerg. But the scale wavered up, then down. In the end, the student, 25, only lost 3 lbs. in the past three months. "It's embarrassing," Robinson says, adding, "My frustration led me to not be as careful with my eating." But reading the Eat-Clean Diet-which suggests swapping processed foods for offerings like Greek yogurt with nuts and brown rice-helped her whittle five inches off her waist and gain lots of confidence: "I want to walk around with a veil and a white bikini on!"
