WILL REHAB SAVE LINDSAY?
IT'S HER FOURTH TIME!
Just after 1 a.m. on Aug. 2, Lindsay Lohan was escorted by police from a Lynwood, Calif., jail-where she spent 13 days in a solitary cell-and transported to UCLA Medical Center for three months of court-ordered rehab. The actress, 24, who's reportedly receiving help for psychological issues and addiction (her lawyer denied a report of meth use), will have restricted movement. "Security there is tight," a former patient says. "Most are confined to one floor, and the rules are strict." Despite an early visit from mom Dina and sister Ali, the strain appears to be showing. "Lindsay is depressed and having a difficult time accepting she'll be in treatment for that long," says a source. "She doesn't think she has a problem." Denial, says Los Angeles addiction psychiatrist Itai Danovitch, who is not treating Lohan, "is often one of the first obstacles to overcome in rehab." Lohan-who'll likely have her own room, shower and TV at the facility, with limited access to a pay phone-will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing until August 2011, and could face jail again if she violates any rules. Will the actress' fourth stint in rehab finally turn her life around? "Succeeding at treatment is similar to quitting smoking," Danovitch says. "It takes multiple attempts." Adds Dina: "Lindsay is with the utmost professionals and is in very good hands."
JERSEY SHORE'S SNOOKI
Nicole Snooki Polizzi, 22, loves to party, and on July 30 she seemingly paid for it. According to a police source, the Jersey Shore star was booked in Seaside Heights, N.J., after she was seen intoxicated in public while filming the MTV reality show. "She didn't hurt anyone or get in a fight," says a source. "She just needed to be in a drunk tank for two hours."
KATE WINSLET & LOUIS DOWLER
A source tells Scoop that Winslet, 34-who announced in March she had split from Sam Mendes-ended her relationship with model Dowler in July after more than a month of dating.

Seacrest surprised Hough at her Orange County Fair concert July 29. After her summer tour, she'll film Footloose near his hometown of Atlanta.
$20K OF RETAIL THERAPY TO GET OVER LUKE?
A British report claimed Osbourne, 25, went on a $20,000 shopping spree last month following her split from model Luke Worrall, 20, to prevent her "from bawling her eyes out." Not so, tweeted Osbourne: "If I was going to waste 20k, I would take all my friends on holiday and really make myself feel better ... I mean really!"

PICTURE PERFECT LEADING LADIES
A Funny Girl for today, Jennifer Aniston pays fashion homage to her idol Barbra Streisand, re-creating iconic images for the September issue of Harper's Bazaar. Streisand, 68, "inspires me," says Aniston. "There isn't anything she hasn't done that she wanted to."
Julia Roberts filmed Eat Pray Love-then shot six versions of the title for the September issue of Elle. The actress evoked the three different words in the title of her new movie and shared details from her own life journey. The self-proclaimed Hindu says she, her husband, Danny Moder, and three kids Hazel and Phinnaeus, 5, and Henry, 3, "go to temple and chant and pray and celebrate." And she basks in her own family's love: "The children became the shooting stars of him, of that thing we have. How lucky we are that we love each other so much that we burst into three pieces."
CELEBRITY SUPER SHOPPERS
The annual Super Saturday benefit was a fashion-filled fund-raiser for families and shopaholics alike, complete with a one-of-a-kind designer garage sale and kids carnival benefiting the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund. Hosted by Kelly Ripa and Twilight's Ashley Greene, Donna Karan and In Style, the July 31 event in Water Mill, N.Y., raised over $3.4 million. Christie Brinkley, Edie Falco and Michelle Trachtenberg browsed the racks.
