"There's an olive tree in Israel that's special to us," he explains. "And she looked like an Olivia!" While their daughter is already musically inclined (her cries have "the highest pitch; her range is impressive!" says Mom), Dad hopes she's inherited the acting gene. "I'm looking forward to playing make-believe!"

Just more than a month after marrying businessman Hoppy, 39, the Real Housewives of New York star gave birth to their daughter, named in honor of Hoppy's older brother Bryan, who died in a car accident. "Bryn is incredible, so sweet,"gushes Frankel, 40. "I live for this baby."

The Top Chef host, 40, refuses to name the father of her baby, but sources confirmed in March it's venture capitalist Adam Dell, also 40. But these days, she's spending all of her time with her little one. "I don't have any attention span for anything else!" she told PopEater. "I live and die by the tiniest gestures and expressions on her face.... Everything is better with her around."

He compared watching his girlfriend of two years give birth to an episode of CSI, but so far fatherhood has been far less dramatic for the TV host. "The whole experience is amazing," gushes Lopez, 37, who stars in VH1's reality show Saved by the Baby with Mazza, 28. "I love [being a dad] more than anything."

Nine years after giving birth to their oldest, Rene-Charles, the five-time Grammy winner, 42, and her manager-husband, 68, welcomed their "miracle" twins, conceived after five failed IVF attempts. "One minute I'm feeding them, then trying to spend time with R.C. or talk to my husband," she says. "It's extraordinary. I don't care if I get to sleep again!"

She's beloved for starring in iconic TV shows like Saved by the Bell and Beverly Hills 90210, but these days Thiessen, 36, and her actor husband, 38, are blown away by their new roles as parents. "It's such a miracle," says the White Collar actress. "Brady can't believe he created this itty-bitty thing." After giving birth to their first child, a daughter, via C-section, Thiessen says the entire family has now settled in nicely, thanks to some help from her mom. Still, she admits, "it's a lot of work. But when Harper smiles, your heart melts."

"I've done incredible things," says the rocker, 42, "but the twins' birth was the greatest moment of my life." After enduring one $15,000 round of IVF, his fiancee, Kingsland, 38, got pregnant and now, he says, the couple's dates consist of going "to Target at 8 a.m. to beat the crowds, and we couldn't be happier!"

Nine years after welcoming Briahna, the 'N'Sync star, 33, says having another child "was like starting over." He and his wife, 34, don't have a nanny and take turns watching the kids. "I'm surrounded by girls," he says. "But I wouldn't have it any other way!"

About eight years ago, when the Wonder Years star, 35, began dating her husband, a composer, 38, he told her, "I have a name picked out for a boy, and it's Draco." "I thought, 'I better get used to that name!'" She has. "I love it," she confirms. "It's cool and strong!" Now, having withstood a 36-hour labor-with no epidural!-the mathematician and voice of Miss Martian on Cartoon Network's Young Justice, is enjoying life with her family. "Draco loves to listen to [his dad] play the piano," she says. "He's really sweet."
