's 4-month-old twins, Eddy and Nelson, commanded the attention of 200 guests at their March 5 baptism, they kept their cool in their Baby Dior gowns. "The boys were perfect angels-they didn't cry once," says Dion's longtime rep Kim Jakwerth. Surrounded by family and friends (including the singer's fertility doctors and her mother, Therese, 83), the twins were baptized in a Melkite Greek Catholic ceremony featuring chanted prayers and songs. "It was a great day, having all of our family there," says Dion, 42, of the ceremony at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Las Vegas. Adds husband Rene Angelil, 69: "We felt blessed." So much so that they chose five godparents as spiritual guides, including big brother Rene-Charles, 10, and Angelil's other sons, Patrick, 43, and Jean-Pierre, 36. Says Jakwerth: "It was a beautiful, traditional day."
