"I am so glad Reese Witherspoon
was able to move on from the past and find a wonderful new guy"
It's great to see Reese looking so happy. With her gorgeous kids, a great career and a handsome husband, she is positively glowing!
How very nice that Reese Witherspoon
and Jim Toth included her kids in the wedding ceremony. Reese and Jim's focus on family and true love is a reflection of how their marriage will be. I wish them many years of happiness.
As a survivor of sexual abuse who at age 49 is just now coming to grips with what happened to me as a child, I am so thankful for people like Ashley Judd who have found peace and reconciliation. Reading her story really gives me hope. Ashley, thanks for sharing.
Learning about the unconditional love and support Ashley Judd has provided for children around the world brought me to tears. Speaking as a mother to both a biological and an adoptive child, I count Ashley as one of my heroes.
In this troubled economy with so many children homeless or living in poverty, is there any pressing need for an article about Suri Cruise and the extravagances that she has?
What a shame you chose to devote only a single page in your magazine to the passing of one of the most important female politicians of our time. As the first woman vice presidential candidate, Ms. Ferraro provided a role model for women that they could and should do anything they set their minds to.
As a Rutgers University alum, I am more than appalled that Rutgers would even host Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, let alone pay her $32,000 to address students at the university. I cannot imagine what insight she could possibly bring to the campus. Hasn't the cast of Jersey Shore, most of whom do not come from New Jersey, done enough to make a mockery of our fine state? Rutgers had better not call me at home asking for alumni donations—they won't get a dime!
CAPTAIN PHIL HARRIS
I was happy to read about the sons of Captain Phil Harris who are carrying on his work on the reality show Deadliest Catch after his sudden death more than a year ago from a stroke. These boys went though a really tough time when they lost their dad, and I'm relieved they haven't been forgotten and that people still remember and miss Captain Phil.

UPDATE | SEEKING JUSTICE
After our Oct. 18, 2010 story about how Tyler Clementi, 18, leaped to his death after learning that his Rutgers University roommate used a webcam to spy on him being intimate with another man, readers were quite clear: "Charges should be filed against those who torment and bully others, even when they themselves are kids," wrote Debbie Jones of Greenwood, Ind. On April 20 a New Jersey grand jury indicted the roommate, Dharun Ravi, 19, on 15 charges, including bias and invasion of privacy. "The indictment spells out cold and calculated acts against our son," said Tyler's parents, Joe and Jane Clementi. "It is important . . . to establish clear accountability under the law."
