Ask Hoda Kotb what size she wears and she says, "It depends. I'm either an 8 or a 10." So imagine her surprise when the 5'9" host, 46, discovered that she can fit into a size 2 ("I haven't worn a size 4 since sixth grade!" she marvels) after PEOPLE asked her to test a new scanning device. The MyBestFit scanner, a machine at the King of Prussia Mall, performs a 20-second scan and tells shoppers the brands and sizes that suit them best. "Each designer designs with a different body type and different dimensions in mind," says Tanya Shaw, CEO of Unique Solutions, which owns the scanner and plans to roll it out nationally within the next year. Case in point: Kotb's jeans results ranged from a 2 (in Eddie Bauer) to a 9 (in Arizona by JCPenney). In the end Kotb chose a pair of size 29 Levi's. "I can't believe I'm in Levi's again at my age," she says. "I feel like a teenager!"
