MARIA & ARNOLD'S SON: 'FULL RECOVERY'
Christopher Schwarzenegger, 13 (left), who suffered broken ribs and other bones and a collapsed lung during a July 17 boogie-board accident in Malibu, is expected to leave the hospital soon. Christopher's mother, Maria Shriver, 55 (below left), who separated from husband Arnold Schwarzenegger, 64, in May "was shaken horribly" by the incident, says a family source, and has kept a vigil at his bedside. In a sign of unity the estranged couple released a statement that their son "is a brave boy and is expected to make a full recovery."
