J. LO & BRADLEY
Eagle-eyed patrons at N.Y.C.'s ritzy Per Se restaurant had a special treat Sept. 10: The newly single Jennifer Lopez was there dining with Bradley Cooper. One eyewitness noted that Cooper, 36, and Lopez, 42, who each ordered the $295 tasting menu, seemed "friendly." But a source says the dinner was purely business, insisting, "They're in discussions for a project." Meanwhile, a J.Lo pal says the actress, currently shooting Parker in New Orleans, "has been in a great mood. She's even been joking about who she should date!" Here's looking at you, Cooper.
BRADLEY: HOLLYWOOD'S BEST DATE?
Cooper went on a dinner date with Aniston, 42, shortly after her 2009 split from John Mayer.
Cooper split from the actress, 42, in March this year, after nearly two years of dating.
The pair were cozy at a party in May after Wilde, 27, filed for divorce from her husband in March.
NEW YORK FASHION WEEK
Hollywood moved east for N.Y.C.'s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Kellan Lutz rocked a three-piece suit at Tommy Hilfiger ("It's a little hot, but I'm not sweating too bad!"), Eddie Cibrian took an hour longer getting dressed than wife LeAnn Rimes for Monique Lhuillier, and Lea Michele said she channeled the '60s with a "Mad Men-type outfit" at Jason Wu's show.
MICHAEL J. FOX BACK TO TV
THE ACTOR RETURNS TO THE GOOD WIFE AND SHOWS NO SIGN OF SLOWING DOWN. 'I'M HAVING SO MUCH FUN,' HE SAYS
When Michael J. Fox, 50, was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991, his doctor said he'd only have 10 more years left to work. Fast forward 20. This fall the actor is back on TV for his second season as The Good Wife's slippery lawyer Louis Canning, who uses his neurological disorder to influence jurors-which allows Fox to incorporate his tremors. "It's liberating," he tells Scoop. "I can just be who I am." These days Fox says his disease has plateaued and "is more incremental than unpredictable." He's dedicated to finding a cure and has launched an eBay auction of Nike MAG sneakers, a replica of the ones he wore in Back to the Future, to benefit his foundation: "It's a really nice blast from the past."
IT'S LEO (NOT A THIEF!)
The actor raises the alarm when he pops into an Australian jewelry store-incognito
When Leonardo DiCaprio, 36, entered the Family Jewels in Sydney with two bodyguards on Sept. 8, wearing his trademark hoodie, cap and dark sunglasses, it got the clerk's attention in all the wrong ways. "Linda sent [a] customer to get me, thinking the shop is about to get robbed," owner Kane Kelfkens told The Daily Telegraph. "By the time I got there, Linda realized who she was serving." DiCaprio, who's in town filming The Great Gatsby, was looking for a gift for his mom.
Channeling Al Pacino
JENNIFER ANISTON'S BEAU ADDS A SWAGGER ALL HIS OWN TO THIS '70S-INSPIRED SERPICO SHOOT
Let's talk about the beard. He grew it to play a cult leader in Wanderlust (he and Aniston became chummy on-set). "Certain chicks dig it; certain chicks don't," says Theroux. "You establish all sorts of mannerisms with it . . . when you're bored, you can feather your mustache." It came in handy for the shoot for the October issue of GQ, styled after Pacino's New York City cop Serpico in the 1973 film. It wasn't too much of a stretch: Theroux, 40, collects BMW and Ducati motorcycles and loves cruising the open roads of Europe. "It's like riding on a carpet," he says. "An asphalt carpet." As for the beard? It's gone now.
STACY KEIBLER GEORGE'S WRESTLER!
THE FORMER WWE STAR HAS PINNED GEORGE CLOONEY-AND (IT APPEARS) WITHOUT USING HER OLD-SCHOOL MOVES!
Known for her long legs (42 in.!) and famous moves, including the Cartwheel Evasion and the Hair Pull Snapmare, Stacy Keibler, 31, tells PEOPLE about her time in the wrestling ring: "I had to perform in front of a live audience five times a week for eight years. There's nothing that can make me nervous after doing that." It was the perfect warm-up for her life in the limelight with George Clooney; maybe she can invent some moves for her new man. Up in the Air, perhaps?
Solange Knowles told guests at a benefit for Gabrielle's Angel Foundation that son Julez, 6, can't wait for Aunt Beyonce to bring him a cousin.
TUB TIME Tamara Ecclestone told the Daily Mail she spent $1.5 million on Amazonian rock crystal for a bathtub.
