Justin Timberlake, 30, appears to be finally settling down. The singer popped the question to longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel, 29, while the two were vacationing in Montana. According to a source, Timberlake, who said last year that the New Year's Eve actress "is the single-handedly most significant person in my life," gave Biel a "custom-designed" ring. • With a camera crew filming the New Year's weekend event on a beach in Ixtapa, Mexico, and his family and friends nearby, Extra host Mario Lopez, 38, asked girlfriend Courtney Mazza, 30, to marry him. "I've come to the realization that I'm never going to meet another woman as special and amazing as the one I have," Lopez said before popping the question. The couple, who have a daughter, Gia, 1, plan to marry later this year in Mexico.

Keri Russell, 35, gave birth to her first daughter, Willa Lou, on Dec. 27. This is the second child for the actress and her husband, contractor Shane Deary, 35. Willa joins big brother River, 4. Russell's rep says that "everyone's happy and healthy." • Without a Trace star Roselyn Sanchez, 38, is a mommy. Sanchez and her husband, The Mentalist actor Eric Winter, 35, welcomed their first child, daughter Sebella Rose, on Jan. 4 and tweeted that "this joy is overwhelming."

EXPECTING

Singer Lisa Loeb, 43 (inset), and her husband, Roey Hershkovitz, 33, are going to make their daughter Lyla Rose, 2, a big sister. "I grew up with a big family, so I'm excited for Lyla to have a sibling," says Loeb.

MARRIED

Project Runway: All Stars judge Isaac Mizrahi, 50, flashed a ring on The Wendy Williams Show on Jan. 4 and revealed that he and his boyfriend Arnold Germer, 39, were married on Nov. 30 at New York's City Hall. "I started sobbing," Mizrahi admitted to Williams. "I wasn't expecting that kind of emotional, emotional impact."

DIED

Fleetwood Mac guitarist Bob Weston died Jan. 3 in London at age 64. An autopsy revealed that the musician, who played on the group's Penguin and Mystery to Me albums, died of a gastric intestinal hemorrhage, cirrhosis of the liver and throat problems. • Jerzy Kluger, a childhood friend of Pope John Paul II in Poland and a confidant to the pontiff on Jewish affairs, died Dec. 31 in Rome at age 90. Kluger helped the Vatican initiate diplomatic relations with Israel and did not shy away from disagreeing with his friend when he planned to meet with Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.

NICK CANNON HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL

After being treated for "mild kidney failure" and undergoing what he would only call a "procedure" at a Los Angeles hospital, America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon, 31, was released over the weekend and is back home. According to Cannon's rep, the husband of singer Mariah Carey, 42, "is resting and recovering" and "would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers." Carey tweeted photos (inset) on Jan. 4 and wrote, "Please pray for Nick." On Jan. 7 Cannon tweeted he was "recovering...about to be stronger than ever!"
