Love Carrie Underwood's look? Meet Melissa Schleicher, the secret behind the singer's gorgeous hair and makeup, who just opened a new salon in Nashville called Parlour 3. "I always wanted to open a place that would have all of my favorite products," says Schleicher, who has also worked with Brad Paisley, Lee Ann Womack and Rascal Flatts. "It's like a candy store in here," says Underwood. "Melissa does a great job, and I love that I can be totally honest with her when I don't like something and she's fine with that." The full-service salon offers haircuts, tanning, shellac manicures, facials and makeup lessons-not to mention snacks while being styled. "The Local Taco is next door," says Schleicher. "So they can deliver Mexican and margaritas!"
