CHIC AND CASUAL
Newly engaged, the actress, 43, and actor-screenwriter, 41, look forward to a "simple ceremony" with friends and family, says a source. Possible locales? A beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, or their new Bel Air home. "Having it in their own backyard would give them total privacy," says L.A. event planner Sharon Sacks.
Sacks pictures arrangements of cream flowers with greens and herbs: "She'll do lots of mixing."
Aniston "would love to include their dogs"-Dolly (pictured) and Sophie-in the wedding, says the source.
the dress and jewels!
Dorothy Silver, director of sales and merchandising for Kleinfeld, suggests this "romantic" Claire Pettibone gown; jeweler Neil Lane says these diamond earrings would complete the look.

AN ISLAND AFFAIR
Back in March Simpson told PEOPLE her wedding would "definitely be somewhere warm." Sacks sees the couple, both 32, having "a few days of celebration" in Hawaii with friends and family, including their 4-month-old daughter Maxwell: "She could be pushed down the aisle by the ring bearer, in a beautiful carriage dressed up in flowers."
Simpson said their wedding will be "amazing because our little girl's going to be there."
Silver likes this Anne Barge dress for Simpson, which comes with an overskirt "for two looks in one."
These Belle Epoch diamond earrings would be perfect for the southern belle, says Lane (who designed her engagement ring).
"I see them taking over a grand hotel," says Sacks. "It's going to be fun and tropical, and the wedding will really use the destination for the feel. She'll use beautiful local flowers and those bright colors."
& Brad Pitt
KID-FRIENDLY AND GIFT-FREE
Reports they'll be swapping vows at their French chateau-or even soon-are false, a source tells PEOPLE. But one thing's for sure: The couple's six kids will participate in the ceremony. "Maddox could be the best man," says Sacks. As for what to give the couple that has it all, she predicts they'll have a no-gifts rule and instead encourage guests to donate to one of their favorite charities.
Silver pictures Jolie in an "architectural and sophisticated" gown, like this one by Pnina Tornai.
With six children in the wedding party, Sacks suggests cupcakes instead of a traditional cake.
Sacks sees the bride carrying peonies or lily of the valley. "It could be lots of white and a hint of red throughout," she says. "They will have lots of unique design elements, since that's a passion of theirs."
For the bride, 37: classic cushion-cut diamond earrings. "They're dynamic, bold and glamorous," says Lane, and would pair well with a strapless gown. And for the groom, 48: Art Deco cufflinks covered with black and white diamonds.
& Justin Timberlake
A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Rumors that the couple got hitched this past weekend were premature. In fact Biel, 30, recently said she's done "almost nothing" in terms of planning her wedding to the actor-singer, 31. Sacks's idea? A large, glamorous event with a low-key vibe because "they don't take themselves too seriously."
A "very romantic" dress (like this one by Oscar de la Renta-a Biel favorite) would fit the wedding, says Sacks.
Lane likes these "sexy" diamond earrings for Biel and suggests this bracelet as a wedding gift from Timberlake.
the food and flowers!
Sacks envisions a family-style dinner reception featuring fried chicken (for the Tennessee-bred groom) and floral accents in burnt orange.
the dress and jewels!
Silver says a "sexy, over-the-top" Mark Zunino gown would show off Spears's body. These diamond earrings "are perfect for a mermaid dress," says Lane.
& Jason Trawick
HAPPILY EVER AFTER
The divorced pop star considers this "her real wedding," says a source close to the pair, adding it will be "small and intimate." Sacks imagines "a long, family-style table" with "candles everywhere" for a romantic feel.
Sacks suggests an L.A. estate (which Spears, 30, and Trawick, 40, already have, right) where they can exchange vows under a gazebo.
