IT'S GETTING SERIOUS!
Broadway shows, sushi dinners with friends- and now celebrating Christmas together! Since Katy Perry and John Mayer reunited this fall after a brief summer fling, their romance has hit warp speed. "They're happy together," says a source. "John is entirely focused on Katy." That dedication brought the rocker, 35, to Santa Barbara, where he spent the holidays with Perry, 28, and her family. And on Dec. 27, the two hit Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills for a group dinner, during which, a witness says, "John had his arm wrapped around her." While Perry's pals were wary of Mayer's reputation as a ladies' man, those close to her are warming up to him. "He's a nice guy!" says a Perry family friend. "John is kind and quirky, emotional and deep, with a great sense of humor," says a Mayer pal. "Katy is similar in a lot of ways." But Perry-whose divorce from Russell Brand was finalized last July-isn't moving that fast. "Neither one is rushing into anything," says the Mayer pal. "It's a real relationship just taking its course."

SECRETLY WED
Oscar winner Kate Winslet has delivered another jaw-dropping performance: The star, 37, quietly married her boyfriend of one year-Richard Branson's nephew Ned Rocknroll, 34-in early December. Secretly engaged since last summer, Winslet and Rocknroll (born Ned Abel Smith) exchanged wedding bands by Charles Goode in front of Winslet's two children, Mia, 12, and Joe, 9, and close friends and family.

Who's that girl? Country star Kenny Chesney, 44, has been recently spotted with a pretty brunette-at the CMA Awards in November, CMT Artists of the Year in December, and now on vacation in Hawaii Dec. 27. Despite a resemblance to his costar in the "Come Over" video, the mystery woman is in fact a "friend named Mary," says a source. "They are getting to know each other."

Taylor Swift, 23, and Harry Styles, 18, took their love from the U.K. to L.A., where she stood by her man as he got a tattoo on Dec. 18. The pair then joined Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez for a ski trip at Utah's Canyons Resort. Says an observer of the pair: "They were really sweet together."
