These days Willie Robertson, 40, has only one real problem: convincing his wife and high school sweetheart, Korie, to fully embrace the facial hair that's become a crucial part of his brand: "I say, 'The man with the beard is a lot more successful than the young kid with dimples in this business!'" That business-selling "Duck Commander" duck calls created by dad Phil, 66, in 1972-now includes Willie and his brothers Jase, 43, and Jep, 34. It is also the center of A&E's reality hit Duck Dynasty, starring the many Robertsons running their lucrative company. With a multimillion dollar empire-and 6.5 million viewers-the family's popularity with both hunters and TV watchers doesn't show signs of fading. Better keep those razors on the shelf for now.
