RYAN SEACREST & JULIANNE HOUGH INSIDE THEIR SPLIT
Seacrest, out! After more than two years together, Ryan Seacrest, 38, and Julianne Hough, 24, have called it quits, and she's moved out of his $37 million Beverly Hills home, but they remain friends. "They're both really sad about the split," says one source. The romance had once seemed headed to the altar—but when asked just before Valentine's Day at a Self magazine event whether she might be getting an engagement ring, Hough simply responded, "Not yet."
Sources close to the producer-host and the actress blame their ultra-busy work schedules. In fact, on a recent tour to promote her movie Safe Haven, Hough missed Seacrest, who was working, says a source: "She seemed impressed that Fergie took time out to support [husband Josh Duhamel, Hough's costar]. The movie was a big deal to her, and she wished Ryan could be there too."
But Hough didn't stay home nursing a broken heart. She hit the town for a girls' weekend, tweeting a picture on March 16 of herself out with Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev and stylist Riawna Capri and the hashtag "#friendsarethebesttherapy." The group went to the beach and Rock & Reilly's Irish Pub. "Julianne was partying. She didn't act like she was upset," says an onlooker. "They had the best time."

BRITNEY'S NEW GUY!
One thing can be said for Britney Spears: The girl knows how to make a comeback. Two months after announcing her split from her fiancé, Jason Trawick, Spears, 31, is getting closer with a new beau, David Lucado. "Britney and David were initially friends and slowly got to know each other," says a source. Recently, "they've spent almost every day together."
Lucado, who reportedly works for a law firm, was first spotted out with Spears on Valentine's Day and has won over her father and conservator, Jamie. Says the source: "Her family first made sure that David was a good influence before they let Britney get closer to him." He made such a good impression that Spears recently introduced the Virginia native to her sons Preston, 7, and Jayden, 6. "The boys think of David as a fun play pal," the source explains. "It was a big step." As for Spears, "she's very excited!"
BRADLEY COOPER DATING A MODEL
Things are heating up for Bradley Cooper, 38, and British model Suki Waterhouse, 20, who visited him on the Boston set of his latest film. The pair first got flirty in London after the ELLEStyle Awards on Feb. 12: They left in a limo together and partied with Leonardo DiCaprio at club Cirque du Soir. Waterhouse recently split from musician boyfriend Miles Kane, and Cooper's relationship with actress Zoë Saldana ended last year. In Boston, "they were teasing, touching, laughing," says an observer. Spring fling, anyone?

DANNY DEVITO & RHEA PERLMAN
Life is sunny again for one of Hollywood's most beloved couples, Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman. Five months after the pair shocked fans by announcing a split, they have ended their separation, sources confirm to Scoop. In December DeVito hinted at a reconciliation, telling Extra, "We're working on [the marriage]. Rhea and I are really close." Since then, the couple have been quietly mending their relationship. Last week the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia actor, 68, and the Cheers star, 65, were photographed leaving the same New York City hotel moments apart, then spotted together on a flight from New York to Los Angeles. "They love each other," says a friend. "Always have and always will."
