MILA KUNIS & ASHTON KUTCHER
READY TO WED - BUT NOT DIVORCED
It seems Kelso and Jackie might get a happy ending after all! After a visit to a local art museum with his family over the weekend, Ashton Kutcher, 35, beamed as he walked around Chicago with girlfriend Mila Kunis, 29. The former That '70s Show costars are "crazy about each other," says a showbiz source close to the actor, whose parents and siblings highly approve of Kunis. "They've talked about getting married." A baby may be on the horizon as well: Sources confirm that the couple, who began dating last spring, are ready to start a family. "They're not not trying," says a source close to the pair. Adds the showbiz source: "They would be thrilled if Mila were to get pregnant—whether or not they are married."
Indeed, Kutcher, 35, is still legally married to Demi Moore, 50. Despite the fact that the actor filed for divorce seven months ago (and over a year after their separation), there's still no settlement. "Demi's demands have been a problem," says another Kutcher insider, noting that the exes are primarily hung up over Moore's request for a bigger chunk of Kutcher's investments, to the tune of at least $25 million. And as much as Kutcher wants to finalize the divorce and move on with his new love, says an industry source, "He wants to be fair but he won't get scalped."
Moore, meanwhile, "will hold out for what she wants," says a Demi source. But according to a source who recently spent time with the actress, the yoga devotee is rebuilding her life too: "She's taking care of her body, spending time with her daughters and dating ... but not anyone seriously yet!" That's all good news for Kunis and Kutcher. "He's annoyed by the divorce holdup, but he's set on proposing to Mila," says the source close to the couple. "He can't wait to start his life with her."
TERESA & JOE GIUDICE
FACING JAIL TIME
Their days of living large may be over. On July 29 Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, 41, and her husband, Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice, 43, were indicted on federal charges of conspiracy to defraud lenders, making false statements on loan applications and hiding assets during their 2009 bankruptcy. Among the stunning allegations: The couple submitted fake pay stubs while applying for a mortgage before they were on Housewives, and Joe didn't pay taxes on $1 million of income from 2004--2008. While one Housewives costar, Kim DePaola, calls the case a "witch hunt," a source close to the couple says, "They always lived beyond their means and it finally caught up to them." With the most serious charges carrying a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, Teresa, who, like Joe, maintains her innocence, is "concerned for her [three] kids," says her attorney Henry Klingeman. As she said in a statement: "I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible." At a July 30 hearing, the Giudices were released on $500,000 bail each until their arraignment on Aug. 14.
'WE ALREADY FEEL MARRIED'
Despite the public's eagerness to see her in white, Jennifer Aniston, 44, and her fiancé of a year, Justin Theroux, 42, are in no rush to walk down the aisle. "We just want to do it when it's perfect," the We're the Millers actress told the AP. "We have yet to set any dates." According to a source close to her, the busy couple—he's shooting a pilot for HBO; she's wrapping up her film Squirrels to the Nuts—are hoping to wed later this year after they finish settling into their new Bel Air manse. "They finally have some breathing room," says the source. "They can take their time now."
Eva Longoria, 38, and Ernesto Arguello, 34—who met when he was a contestant on the show she produced, Ready for Love—are shopping for a home together, eyeing some Mediterranean-style villas in the Hollywood Hills. Says a source: "They're heading toward marriage."
Selena Gomez reunited with ex Justin Bieber, 19, when he unexpectedly showed up at her 21st birthday bash in Malibu on July 27. According to a source, Gomez was initially upset by Bieber's presence. But after a long chat, the endlessly on-again, off-again pair left the party together.
KIM UNDER COVER
WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON WITH THE NEW MOM? SCOOP ADDRESSES SOME ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT THE MISSING-IN-ACTION REALITY STAR
1. She hates being cooped up at home.
Since she's always ready for a close-up - she was photographed in a tiny bikini five days before giving birth June 15 - one might think Kardashian, 32, is feeling antsy out of the spotlight. But a source insists she's "perfectly content" staying in with baby North until she's ready for her post-pregnancy debut.
2. To that end, she's furiously working out.
Not yet, but soon. "When the time is right, she'll kick it into high gear," says the source. "Kim's already lost a lot of weight from eating right and breast-feeding. She definitely wants her body back."
3. She and Kanye are on the rocks.
West, 36, has taken at least one trip out of town since North's arrival, but pal Jamie Foxx reports it took some convincing to get him to come to a party recently: "He said, 'I want to spend time with my daughter.'" Adds the source: "They're busy people. But they're figuring it all out and everyone is very happy."
