Garth Fisher, a plastic surgeon on ABC's Extreme Makeover,
married former Playboy
model Jessica Canseco on Saturday evening before 50 family members and close friends who gathered at the couple's home in Bel-Air, Calif.
The intimate, black-tie ceremony took place in an orchard overlooking the mountains with views of the city and the Pacific, according to publicist Nancy Iannios.
The flower girls were the groom's two daughters from his previous marriage, Neriah, 7, and Sierra, 5, as well as Canseco's daughter Josie, 10. The maid of honor was the bride's mother, Susan Sekely, who walked her daughter down the aisle.
Following dinner, five contortionists from Cirque du Soleil
performed in the pool – one in a sphere and four synchronized in the water.
Fisher, 48, proposed
to Canseco (who is now an aesthetician and image consultant in Beverly Hills) at a 2006 holiday party hosted by Dr. 90210
plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, who had introduced the couple a year before.
"I thought it would be romantic to propose to Jessica on the one-year anniversary of our introduction," Fisher said at the time.
The bride's ivory satin gown – hand-stitched with antique silver threading and beaded with Swarovsky crystals and baby pearls throughout the bodice and train – came from Simin Haute Couture in Brentwood, Calif. Fisher's tuxedo was designed by Amir of Beverly Hills.
The couple will honeymoon in Italy and France.
Meanwhile, original episodes of Extreme Makeover
are scheduled to air on ABC on July 2, 9 and 16, the network has announced. Fisher will be featured on the July 9 installment.
Fisher was previously married, from 1998 to 2005, to Rock Star: Supernova
host Brooke Burke.
