The expectant parents, who tied the knot last May, are expected to begin the 23-city One Tree Hill concert tour on Feb. 28. The road trip, which showcases music from the WB show's soundtrack, also features show star Bethany Joy Lenz, Gavin DeGraw, and Branch with longtime pal Jessica Harp – performing as a duo called The Wreckers.
