The American Pie star, 29, is suing the owners of the Sky Las Vegas Condominiums project for using her name in a Feb. 1 ad to attract customers to the housing development.
"Dear Tara Reid," reads the ad copy. "Come let it all hang out" – an apparent reference to the accidental exposure of her breast last year as she posed on the red carpet at Sean "P. Diddy" Combs's 35th birthday party in New York.
The suit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that Reid's reputation was damaged, that the ad implied she intentionally let her dress strap slip, and that Sky Las Vegas is capitalizing on her misfortune by misrepresenting her as "sexually lewd or immoral," the Associated Press reports.
