Sopranos' Edie Falco Adopts Baby Boy
The Sopranos triple Emmy winner Edie Falco adopted a baby boy in December, her agent confirmed on Wednesday.
Falco, 41, took the infant home within days of his birth and named him Anderson, her mother's maiden name, the actress's agent, Richie Jackson, tells the Associated Press.
The grandparents are Judith Anderson, also an actress, and Frank Falco, an art director.
Last year, Falco announced that she had been successfully treated for breast cancer, which had been diagnosed in 2003.
A year ago she also ended her relationship with actor Stanley Tucci, with whom she had costarred in a successful Broadway revival of Terrence McNally's Frankie and Johnny in the Claire De Lune.
