Kidman also kicked apart reports that she's marrying billionaire film producer Steve Bing, 40, who fathered Elizabeth Hurley's son Damian. "No, I'm not," Kidman said of being secretly engaged. "I read it the other day and I went, 'Oh, that's news to me.'"
In related news, a Sydney, Australia, magistrate on Wednesday ordered celebrity photographer Jamie Fawcett, 43, to hand over a DNA sample to police investigating the apparent bugging of Kidman's home last January. Police wish to compare the DNA to two samples taken from the listening device, the Associated Press reports.
Fawcett, who has not been charged with any offense, had earlier refused to give police a DNA sample, and his lawyer said after the hearing that Fawcett would appeal the ruling.
In late January, Kidman won her request for restraining orders against Fawcett and fellow photog Ben McDonald after saying she had been a virtual prisoner in her Sydney home and feared for her safety because of them.
The two men were ordered not to approach Kidman at her home or go within 60 ft. of her harbor-side home.
