In some of the most graphic testimony to date in the Michael Jackson child-molestation trial, a former Neverland ranch security guard said Thursday that he saw the singer deliver a "passionate" kiss and perform oral sex on a boy.

According to his testimony, Ralph Chacon was making his overnight-shift rounds in late 1992 or early 1993 when he saw Jackson and the boy in a whirlpool bath. Chacon said he later saw them take a shower together, then leave the shower and stand naked across from each other.

The boy in question, who later received a $2.4 million settlement from the pop star, was a chief witness in the trial this week, reports the Associated Press.

On the stand, Chacon went on to say that Jackson caressed the boy's hair, kissed him on the mouth and elsewhere, and engaged in oral sex, AP reports. Several weeks later, the guard said, he again saw Jackson kiss the boy and place his hands near the youngster's crotch.

On cross-examination by Jackson defense attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr, Chacon's credibility came under scathing attack. The attorney quickly established that Chacon had sued Jackson, claiming he was improperly fired, and that Jackson had countersued, accusing the guard of stealing from him.

Chacon acknowledged he was ordered to pay $25,000 for allegedly stealing Jackson's property but said it was only a candy bar, according to AP.
