Paris Hilton is in love and she's letting the world know it. At the London launch party of her new perfume called (what else?) Paris Hilton, it wasn't just her new scent she was raving about – it was her boyfriend of five months, Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis. "I am so happy. I have never been so happy in my life," the hotel heiress, who was decked out in a sequined 1930s-style dress, told us at the soiree at chic club Il Bottaccio. "It's amazing."

And even though the lovebirds have temporarily been separated by work – Hilton also spent time at the Cannes Film Festival promoting her upcoming film Pledge This! – they'll soon be reunited at their shared home in L.A.. Best of all, Hilton's folks like what they see in her choice of mates: "She is very in love with this boy," dad Rick Hilton told us. "They talk on the phone every minute."

Hot Spot Alert
The Vine Street Lounge in Hollywood is one of the newest places to see and be seen among the young Hollywood set. On a recent night, Lindsay Lohan was there partying with Jake Gyllenhaal and a group of friends. The hoodie-sporting actress hung out in the club's VIP room, which features a 20-ft.-long bed. Then, party girl Tara Reid showed up with her entourage, followed by Nicky Hilton and boyfriend Kevin Connelly.

Keeping the festivities moving was hipster DJ Samantha Ronson, daughter of Foreigner lead singer Mick Jones. And at 2 a.m., after Ronson was done spinning, she and Lohan left for a late-night snack at L.A. eatery Fred 62.

Race to the Wedding
Amazing Race contestants Alex Ali and Lynn Warren are counting down the days until their June 1 nuptials in Ottawa, Canada. The gay TV producers from Los Angeles will marry on June 1 with fellow contestants (including winners Uchenna and Joyce Agu) in attendance. Even newlyweds Rob Mariano and Amber Brkich, who definitely weren't their favorite people on the show, are invited. "All that is water under the bridge," says Ali.

The couple promises that their nuptials will be a "big spectacle. There are no rules. It's a gay wedding! There will be belly dancers, flame throwers and a Cher impersonator." And maybe Rosie O'Donnell: The former talk show queen is on the guest list and she's offered to take the couple on a cruise for their honeymoon. "We didn't win the million dollars," says Ali. "But Lynn and I have won so much."
