Renée Zellweger's Wedding Gift
"When she came in, it was late," the source tells us. "She wasn't finished until after closing. She was very relaxed and in a good mood. She had a French manicure and pedicure in the shade of Allure, which is a pristine, clean look. She never dropped a clue that she was heading off to the biggest weekend of her life. She didn't mention Kenny at all."
But even though the staff didn't know Zellweger was en route to her big day, she still got a treat. "When she left, the manager told her that we had closed for the night, so she would be our guest. She usually pays full price," the source says. "Little did we know that was our wedding present to Renée."
David Schwimmer is having a great time making his West End debut in the London production of the Neil LaBute play Some Girls, but even onstage, the Friends star hasn't been able to escape the prying eye of the paparazzi.
On the first night of previews, during a scene in which Schwimmer – who plays a writer about to get married who decides to reconnect with his old girlfriends – strips down to his boxer shorts, he spied a photographer in the audience. "I was the only person in the theater that saw him," Schwimmer told us at an after-party on the show's opening night. "And I was on stage, so I couldn't tell anyone. I considered stopping the show, but the show must go on."
So, how's the actor (who also voices a role in the new animated comedy Madagascar) doing without his Friends by his side? Just fine. "We have formed a little company," he says of his costars including Saffron Burrows (Troy). "So far it's been a blast. Theater is my first love."
