Later that night, Timberlake burned off more calories at L.A. club Guy's. The singer worked up a sweat on the dance floor when he wasn't spending time with girlfriend Cameron Diaz. "They were sitting back, looking relaxed and watching their friends have fun. They were in a mellow mood," says a clubgoer.
The Gift of Life
After surviving the Southeast Asia tsunami in December, supermodel Petra Nemcova feels lucky to be alive – and she's dedicating her life to helping victims of the natural disaster. "I've got so many gifts in life," the Czech catwalker told us at an auction event for the United States-Thailand Amity for Charity (www.ustac.org) in Washington, D.C. "The gift of life, the gift of loving parents, the gift of surviving the experience but also learning so much from the experience."
Nemcova, who wore a snug mauve gown with diamond spaghetti straps, modeled a Cartier watch, one of the items up for auction at the event benefiting more than 1,200 children orphaned by the disaster. The model lost her fashion photographer fiancé Simon Atlee in the tsunami: She clung to a tree at the Thai resort of Khao Lak, but Atlee was killed. "The tsunami helped me to enjoy every moment a hundred percent," says Nemcova, "because the next second everything can be gone."
