Sarah Forsyth had said she was ordered to help Prince Harry with his schoolwork at prestigious Eton College and had secretly recorded a conversation with the royal student to back up her claim of having been ordered by a superior to assist Harry with a class project.
Among her claims, Forsyth said she was treated unfairly by the college when it came to extending her contract in 2003 and that the head of her department, Ian Burke, had bullied her, reports the Associated Press.
As for who helped Harry and how much, Forsyth insisted that in 2002 she had written most of Harry's art class journal, something she said "probably constituted cheating." Passing the art course was required for Harry's admittance to the Sandhurst military academy (where he is now training).
Harry, 20, has denied cheating, and an investigation by the exam board found no evidence of any improper behavior.
