Jennifer Aniston's Love Letters for Sale | Jennifer Aniston
Remnants of a summer fling Jennifer Aniston purportedly had more than 20 years ago are finding their way to eBay, the Associated Press reports.

Michael Baroni, an attorney in California, claims to have had a summer romance with the star in 1984, when he was 16 and she was 15. And Baroni says that he has memorabilia to prove it, including pictures, a handwritten love note, a birthday card scrawled on a piece of toilet paper and other items documenting the pair's relationship. He also has a notarized statement attesting to the items' authenticity.

Baroni says the couple's summer romance blossomed into a friendship that lasted until 1991 when Aniston's career took off and they lost contact. (Neither Aniston nor her rep have commented on the auction.)

Baroni will list all the memorabilia in an online auction on eBay that begins Friday. The minimum bid for the materials is $100,000. The attorney wouldn't say why he was selling the items other than for "financial reasons," AP reports.

In an interview, Baroni described Aniston as a "fun and lively" person. "I think the materials show an innocent look into someone I think is very endearing," he said.

Baroni also weighed in on Aniston and estranged husband Brad Pitt's impending divorce. "I think she's very strong-willed, but at the same time, she gives her heart to whatever she does," Baroni said. "I'm sure the breakup was more his fault than hers."
