At 7 months old, Zahara Jolie hasn't yet learned her stegosaurus from her triceratops. But like plenty of baby sisters, she happily indulged her dino-crazed brother during a visit to the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller, Alta., on Aug. 20, where 4-year-old Maddox "really wanted to see the Tyrannosaurus rex," says the museum's director of communications Wendy Taylor.

Zahara, meanwhile, "was smiling and giggling – she was so adorable," says an observer. "Angelina had her over her shoulder, and she looked healthy and happy." Likewise, Maddox soaked up attention from his ever-more-frequent playmate Brad Pitt, who is in Alberta preparing to shoot his role as Jesse James in an upcoming biopic. "Brad was talking with Maddox and laughing a lot," says the observer. "They all looked very loving together."

After completing their tour, the group stopped by the museum gift shop, where Pitt treated Maddox to "lots of dinosaur toys," says Taylor.

If Maddox scored all the cool souvenirs, Zahara delightedly basked in something even sweeter – her mom's attention. Since her adoption by Jolie in early July, the baby girl – one of 720,000 Ethiopian children orphaned by AIDS – has blossomed under her new mom's loving care. It's something Zahara desperately needed.
