HOLLYWOOD SPLIT: It wasn't even a May-December romance. Four months after their whirlwind courtship and wedding, Renée Zellweger and country singer Kenny Chesney are having their marriage annulled. The actress filed papers Thursday in a Los Angeles court citing "fraud" as the reason for her action, but on Friday issued a statement urging people not to draw erroneous conclusions from that term. The language was "not a reflection of Kenny's character," she said. Chesney also released a statement Friday saying: "This is an incredibly sad time... I just hope everyone can respect the privacy that I know Renée has already asked for." The couple was married May 9 after meeting in January at a relief concert for victims of last year's tsunami.
MODEL CHILD: German supermodel Heidi Klum and her husband, pop star Seal, gave their first child a name to remember. Henry Günther Ademola Dashtu Samuel was born Monday at an L.A.-area hospital. The mother and child were "happy and healthy," a source told PEOPLE. The boy's lengthy name comes partially from his father whose birth name is Sealhenry Samuel, and Günther from Klum's father. Klum also has a 16-month-old daughter, Leni, who Seal is helping to raise. In other baby news, Saturday Night Live star Tina Fey gave birth to a baby girl, Alice, who weighed in a 5 lbs., 7 oz. This is the first child for Fey, 35, and her husband, SNL composer Jeff Richmond.
MRS. DAMON: Matt Damon plans to make it official with Luciana Barroso, his girlfriend of two years, Damon's rep tells PEOPLE. The 34-year-old actor proposed to the Argentine-born interior designer, who he me in Miami Beach while filming Stuck on You. Barroso, 29, and her seven-year-old daughter from a previous relationship often accompany Damon on his movie shoots and were with him while he filmed Ocean's Twelve. Friends of the couple said the seriousness of the relationship became apparent when Damon brought Barroso to Boston last July 4 weekend to introduce her to his family and friends. "In the past he kept the other ones secretive. This one he's not hiding," a pal told PEOPLE last year.
BLOOMING ROMANCE? Kirsten Dunst and Orlando Bloom fueled rumors of a romance during last weekend's premiere of their film Elizabethtown at the Toronto Film Festival. The film, directed by Cameron Crowe, is a music-filled love story. Whether the movie mirrors real life or vice versa, Bloom could only gush about his co-star. When asked what he wanted for Christmas, the actor responded: "Kirsten by my side – she's all I need to have."
