Sounding a bit like Arnold Schwarzenegger, injured Las Vegas illusionist Roy Horn vowed, "We will be back," to a crowd in Branson, Mo., where he and partner Siegfried Fischbacher dropped by to promote the show of protege Darren Romeo.

Horn, clad in black, addressed reporters from the stage of the Welk Resort Theater before watching Romeo's show there, according to the Associated Press.

It has been two years and a month since a 600-lb. white tiger mauled Horn during the Siegfried & Roy act at Vegas's Mirage Hotel. As for returning to the stage himself, the partially paralyzed Horn said: "I will make sure of that, because I am making a remarkable recovery. The doctors have assured me I will be better than new."

Fischbacher, who reportedly escorted Horn on to the stage after Roy had been brought there in a wheelchair, said: "What he is doing here, standing in front of you. He walked on stage. Even two months ago, the doctors said it would not be possible. Every day I see a miracle, I see magic."

Neither Horn nor Fischbacher offered a clue as to when Roy might return to the stage. Said Horn: "A good magician will never let the cat out of the bag"
