"Neither one of us is in a hurry to get married," Ayala, 25, told PEOPLE at the launch of William Rast (his clothing line with partner Timberlake). "We've both got so much going on right now. I love her to death, so whatever happens, happens."
Cuthbert's rep declined comment.
