Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger resume their bitter custody battle over daughter Ireland on Tuesday. PEOPLE has the latest on their fight, plus other events to watch for in the coming week:

SUNDAY, DEC. 11: Salma Hayek and Julianne Moore will cohost the festivities for the 2005 Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo, Norway, honoring Mohamed ElBaradei, the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency. His organization (which was also given the coveted accolade) has used diplomacy to resolve standoffs with Iran and North Korea about their nuclear programs. The concert – which will feature performances by Duran Duran, Gladys Knight and Colombian rocker Juanes – takes place the day after the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony.

And, okay, it's not quite the Nobel Peace Prize, but the competition is fierce for the finale of CBS's Survivor: Guatemala – The Maya Empire. This season's final four are former model Danni, fishmonger Lydia, wilderness guide Rafe and pharmaceutical sales rep Stephenie. They'll undergo a traditional Maya ceremony and an ominous thunderstorm on their way to the final tribal council. The finale airs on CBS at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the live reunion show at 10 p.m. ET.

TUESDAY, DEC. 13: Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin return to a Los Angeles court as the vitriolic custody battle over daughter Ireland, 10, continues. Baldwin is seeking coparenting counseling for Basinger and a new therapist for his daughter, PEOPLE reports in its latest issue. The actor claims in court papers that without these measures, Basinger "will succeed in completely destroying my relationship with my daughter." Basinger, meanwhile, responded by claiming her ex-husband "only considers his own life and has no respect for my time and work commitments or his disruptions to Ireland's life."

THURSDAY, DEC. 15: Donald Trump is down to two potential protégés on the two-hour season finale of The Apprentice (NBC, 9 p.m. ET). At 23, financial journalist Rebecca – who's competed during the season on crutches after breaking her ankle – would be the youngest person (and only the second woman) to score the coveted spot. Yet Randal, 34, a Rhodes Scholar who is the CEO of his own consulting firm, could have a leg up (pun intended) on Rebecca with his unflappable style and a decade more of work experience.
