Paris: Free Stuff? She'll Take 20!

For an heiress, Paris Hilton sure has a big appetite for freebies. In less than 30 minutes upon arriving at the Silver Spoon Hollywood Buffet – a pre-Golden Globes swag spree – she had gathered several pairs of flip-flops, Via Spiga shoes, three string bikinis from Cea Swimwear, a Sugar lip gloss, a strawberry-scented Voluspa candle, a Soul Revival black tube dress, and a slew of purses, including a $630 Scout turquoise crocodile baguette. "I like green. It's hot," she exclaimed when she spotted it.

But after scooping up all those goodies for herself, she also got a little something for someone special: Tinkerbell. Hilton picked up 20 "Collar for a Good Time" dog collars – the same ones Tink wore on The Simple Life last season. "High Maintenance Bitch – I love the name," she told the accessory company's owners about their moniker. "Once again, my dog's going to rock this s---!"

G'night, Hugh

Hugh Jackman is craving the one thing he can't seem to get these days: some zzz's. He and wife Deborra-lee Furness are going through major sleep deprivation with their 6-month-old daughter Ava Eliot, whom they adopted this summer (joining son Oscar, 5). Being a dad for the second time is "awesome," but "hard. We get no sleep," he told us at the Penfolds Icon Gala Dinner, where the X-Men star and other Aussies (including Olivia-Newton John) were honored. Hopefully, he'll get some beauty rest soon: He has a slew of films on the way, including the drama The Fountain and the third installment of X-Men.

Caught in the Act

• Kanye West and Pam Anderson, getting very cozy at the Chateau Marmont hotel in West Hollywood. "He was standing in front of her and reached back and was cupping her butt with his hand," says a source. "She was leaning into him. They looked happy together." Hmmm. Also at the hotel on a different day: A pregnant Mira Sorvino, having a family outing with husband Christopher Backus, 2-year-old daughter Mattea and actor dad Paul.
