Jessica Simpson heats things up before the big game with her sultry Pizza Hut ad. PEOPLE takes a peek at the pop diva's sizzling appearance, plus other events to check out in the coming week:

SUNDAY, FEB. 5: Before the Super Bowl XL action kicks off between the Seattle Seahawks and the Pittsburgh Steelers in Detroit, Jessica Simpson – along with a little help from Miss Piggy – will heat things up with a sexy Pizza Hut commercial, airing during the pre-game. Meanwhile, Aretha Franklin will sing the national anthem and the Rolling Stones, will take the stage during the halftime show.

TUESDAY, FEB. 7: They're having a party – and you're invited. Laguna Beach star Kristin Cavalleri and Ethan Erickson cohost the new UPN reality series Get This Party Started (premiering at 9 p.m. ET), where unsuspecting folks are given soirees thrown by their loved ones.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 8: Mariah Carey, Kanye West and John Legend lead the pack with eight nominations each at the 48th Grammy Awards, airing live from L.A.'s Staples Center on CBS at 8 p.m. ET. Among the highlights: Paul McCartney will perform during the Grammy telecast for the first time ever. Duets include Mary J. Blige and U2, the animated band Gorillaz with Madonna, and Faith Hill with Keith Urban.

FRIDAY, FEB. 10: Let the games begin! The XX Olympic Winter Games (which run until Feb. 26) get underway with the opening ceremony in Torino, Italy. NBC will air the festivities at 8 p.m. ET. There's already medal buzz for maverick skier Bode Miller, speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno and figure skater Sasha Cohen.

Justine Bateman guest stars as Michael Bluth's (Jason Bateman) possible long-lost sister on the two-hour season finale of Arrested Development (at 8 p.m. ET on FOX). Meanwhile, the rest of the wacky Bluth clan prepare for George Sr.'s (Jeffrey Tambor) fraud trial while Gob (Will Arnett) gets thrown in jail in Iraq.
