Stapp, 32, whose recent solo album The Great Divide went double-platinum, and Nesheiwat, 25, said their vows at the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, a European-inspired estate on the waterfront of Biscayne Bay.
Nesheiwat, who wore a Vera Wang gown, walked down a 65-foot-long rose-petal-covered aisle during the nuptials. Stapp's 7-year-old son, Jagger, served as the best man.
The black-tie affair was preceded by a rehearsal dinner Thursday night at Casa Casuarina, the former Versace mansion.
This is the first marriage for Nesheiwat, a former Miss New York, and the second for Stapp, who divorced Hillaree Burns in 1999 after a 16-month marriage.
After a Hawaiian honeymoon with his new bride, Stapp is scheduled to perform a 15-city tour kicking off Feb. 23 in Orlando, Fla.
