Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes Deny Breakup

A rep for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is denying a report that the pair have broken up and canceled plans for their wedding, calling the rumors "100 percent false."

"Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes are still engaged and are moving forward with their wedding plans, as well as planning for the arrival of their child," publicist Arnold Robinson said in a statement. "Despite the malicious fallacies put forth by Life & Style magazine, the couple is looking forward to a long and happy life together as a family."

In fact, the public hasn’t seen much of Cruise, 43, and Holmes, 27, lately because they are getting ready for impending events, a source close to the couple who spent several hours with them on Monday, tells PEOPLE in its upcoming issue.

"Katie’s been staying home, and Tom’s doing post-production work (on Mission: Impossible 3)," the source says. And rest assured, the source adds, "They're still very much in love."

Holmes has also been spending a lot of time studying Scientology at the Celebrity Centre in Hollywood. The lifestyle seems to agree with her, say observers. "She's glowing, and she’s looking fine,” her aunt Carol Zydorczyk tells PEOPLE.

Holmes and Cruise have been engaged since June and announced her pregnancy in October.
