Simpson's so close to her boyfriend these days that she even shared an intimate activity with him: She watched him shave his head – but kept her hands to herself. "I was nervous I would get a big nick in there and it would be all my fault it was a bad haircut," she told us backstage at MTV's 4th Annual TRL Awards (airing Feb. 25 at 12 p.m. ET), where she picked up the first-ever Bounce-Back Award. As for recovering from her infamous Saturday Night Live lip-synching incident, the singer says: "It's a new year and nothing much has happened. Hopefully it's gonna be smooth sailing now."
All in the FamilyIt was a family night out for Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore and her daughters Rumer and Scout at the Kitson boutique in West Hollywood. The affectionate newlyweds – who arrived at the launch of the Rebel Yell spring clothing line grabbing each other's butts – piled into a photo booth with the girls to take silly pictures. The couple also got to see their Kitson-commissioned portrait by artist Radboy Robert Delgado for the first time. "It's us, as Adam and Eve!" Moore said about the picture, which will hang in the store.
When it came time to leave, Kutcher even had a "dad" moment. After he couldn't locate stepdaughter Rumer, he asked Scout, "Where's your sister? Anyone seen Ru?" Once they found her, the quartet was the last to leave the party.
Ricky's ReturnRicky Martin is ready for his Winter Olympics encore. The singer, who performed Wednesday night in Turin, will make a surprise appearance at Sunday night's closing ceremonies, says an insider. "He's a surprise performer that nobody knows about," reveals the source. Closing ceremonies will air at 7 p.m. ET on NBC.
